We offer 3-7 shipping days. We will issue a tracking number once your order has been processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once items have been departed from our facility.

Utopia Flex is taking the necessary precautions to make sure that packages are sent sanitarily and safely to our customers. Some shipping time may vary depending on the location items will be shipped. We prioritize the health of our team and customers. 

 EXCHANGE

Utopia Flex strives to give our customers full satisfaction as we value your support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us for a refund or exchange for the item(s) purchased. Swimwear, lingerie, and sale items ARE ALL FINAL SALE! Therefore no refund/exchange will be issued. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to verify all orders.

 You will be responsible for your own shipping cost when returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable.
